Punjab,Haryana,Uttar Pradesh: In a stunning development, at least 12 people have been arrested recently in Punjab, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh (including a travel YouTuber and two women along with postgraduate student & factory guard) . Authorities said they were a secret branch of the Pakistani intelligence that was leaking sensitive military secrets to ISI.
