2025 Bajaj Dominar 400 Reaches Showrooms with Major Upgrades Ahead of Launch

Bajaj Auto’s powerful cruiser bike Dominar 400 is once again in the news with new changes. The 2025 model has been spotted at some dealerships before its launch, which makes it clear that the company will not delay its launch. After a long time, some major updates have been seen in the Dominar series. Let’s know what is special this time.

Same identity, new style

Bajaj Dominar 400 has always been liked as a power cruiser. This bike is for those who want to go to office daily but also like to go on long rides at the end of the week. This bike does both the tasks very easily – neither tiring too much nor letting the performance decrease.

In the 2025 model too, this bike comes in only one variant, but with it, the necessary accessories for touring are already installed – such as windscreen, knuckle guards, rear luggage rack and pillion backrest. There has been no major change in the touring capability, but in terms of technology, the bike has now come a long way.

New digital meter and Bluetooth connectivity

This time the Dominar 400 has been given a new and fully digital instrument cluster, which was previously seen in the Pulsar NS400Z. Now for the first time, Bluetooth connectivity has also been given in it, so that the rider can get features like notifications and call alerts.

The small secondary display that used to be on the tank has been removed and now a USB charger has been given in its place – which is going to be very useful in long rides. Along with this, the controls have also been updated. Now the left side switchgear has a D-Pad, so that the digital meter can be easily controlled.

What else is special?

According to some reports, this time the Dominar 400 can also get “ride-by-wire” technology and ABS modes – as in the Pulsar NS400Z. The engine has been designed according to the new BS6 P2 OBD2B emission norms, which have come into effect from April 1, 2025.

No major changes have been made in terms of performance. The bike still has the same 373.3cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine, which gives power of about 39 bhp and torque of 35 Nm. It has a 6-speed gearbox, which is perfect for long rides.

Price and color options

This time the company can also introduce Dominar 400 in new colors. There may be a slight increase in the price but it will still be value for money in its segment. Currently its old model comes for ₹ 2.26 lakh (ex-showroom).
