2025 Kawasaki Eliminator 500 Launched in India : Muscular Cruiser with Classic Style and Modern Tech

Price and launch details
Kawasaki has launched its new cruiser bike Eliminator 500 in India. Its ex-showroom price has been kept at ₹ 5.76 lakh. This price is Rs 14,000 more than the previous model. However, this time there has been no change in the design of the bike nor in the color or features.

Design and look
The look of Eliminator 500 is quite attractive and muscular. Its big body, open engine and strong style give it a distinct identity on the roads. Elements like round headlight, classic rear view mirror and curved fuel tank have been given to give the bike a retro feel. Its all-black color theme gives the bike a premium look.

Comfort and riding position
The seat height of this bike is only 735mm, so that even riders with low height can ride it easily. The wide and deep seat provides comfort in long journeys. The position of the handlebar and forward foot pegs make it very comfortable and comfortable. Be it city or highway, the bike gives good grip and control everywhere.

Color option
This bike is available in only one color in India – Metallic Flat Spark Black. With this color, there is a copper shade on the exhaust and a silver finish on the heat shield, which makes the whole look more special.

Engine and performance
The Kawasaki Eliminator 500 has a 451cc liquid-cooled, parallel twin engine that produces 45 PS of power and 42.6 Nm of torque. It also includes a 6-speed gearbox and slipper clutch, which makes gear shifts smooth.

Suspension and braking
The bike has telescopic forks at the front and swingarm suspension at the rear. There are 310mm disc brakes at the front and 240mm at the rear, which come with dual-channel ABS. The front tire is 130/70 R18 and the rear tire is 150/80 R16 in size.

Features and Technology
The Eliminator 500 has a round digital LCD display that provides information like tachometer, gear indicator, trip meter, clock and fuel gauge. This bike supports the Kawasaki RIDEOLOGY app, through which users can connect to the mobile and see call alerts, maintenance schedule and riding data. However, navigation, traction control or different riding modes are not provided in it.

What are its competing options?

There is no direct competitor of Eliminator 500 in India. But for those who are looking for a cruiser bike on a low budget, Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 can be a good option, whose starting price is ₹ 3.68 lakh.
