Maruti Suzuki India (MSIL) is now going to start the delivery of the updated model of Grand Vitara from next month. This time the company has made many new changes in the car. The biggest thing is that now six airbags will be available as standard in all variants. Apart from this, huge discounts of up to Rs 3.5 lakh are also being offered on the car.
Now the new Grand Vitara will also have a tire repair kit as a standard feature with every variant. Some changes have also been made in the colors. Now the Sigma variant will be available only in white color and all other colors have been discontinued for this variant. At the same time, Opulent Red color will be available only for Delta and Delta + variants. If you want Midnight Black color, then you will be able to buy it only in Zeta, Alpha, Zeta + and Alpha + variants. Apart from this, dual-tone colors like White / Black, Silver / Black and Red / Black will also be available only with Zeta and Alpha variants.
Changes in features too
Now all models above the Zeta variant will get premium features like wireless phone charging, front ventilated seats and rear door sunshades. TPMS i.e. tire pressure monitoring system will also now be available as a standard feature in Delta and Delta+ variants, which has further increased the value of mid-level variants.
AVAS (Acoustic Vehicle Alerting System) has also been provided for e-CVT variants, which will increase the safety of pedestrians while driving at low speed. The music system has also been improved. Now it will get Clarion’s sound system, which has the option of Live and Bass modes.
Exterior look and some changes
Now the alloy wheels of Zeta and Zeta+ variants will get a new design, while machined finish alloy wheels will be given in Alpha and Alpha+ variants. However, some minor cuts have also been made, like now the Delta variant will not get rear wiper and washer. The panoramic sunroof feature will still be limited to Zeta, Alpha, Zeta+ and Alpha+ variants only.

If you are eyeing the strong hybrid version of the Grand Vitara, then there is good news for you. Huge discounts are being offered on the MY2025 model. The company is offering a direct cash discount of Rs 1 lakh on hybrid variants and a free extended warranty is also being offered. Many dealerships are making this offer even better, where an additional discount of up to Rs 50,000 is being given on some trims. Apart from this, RTO charges can also be waived on hybrid models in some states, which reduces the overall price significantly.
