2025 Pulsar NS400Z Launched with Performance-Focused Upgrades

Bajaj has updated its most powerful bike Pulsar NS400Z in the year 2025. This change in just one year shows how seriously the company takes the opinion of its customers. Launched in 2024, this bike has now undergone some important improvements, which especially improve the performance and ride quality of the bike.

The new updated NS400Z is now slowly reaching dealerships. Its ex-showroom price is now around Rs 1.91 lakh, which is Rs 8,000 more than before. Although this bike looks exactly the same as before — the same color scheme and graphics have been kept — but the real changes have been made in its interiors.

Wider tires for even better grip now

Bajaj has made the rear tire bigger this time. Earlier it used to get 140mm wide tyres, now it has become 150mm. This will improve both the grip and balance of the bike on the road. Not only this, now it gets Apollo Alpha H1 tyres which give much better performance than the earlier MRF REVZ-S.

The braking system has also been strengthened

A major complaint of the customers was regarding the braking of the bike. Now it has sintered brake pads instead of organic brake pads. These are more effective and give a better feel while braking, which increases both control and safety.

Power is the same, but now the engine is according to the new rules

Bajaj has also changed the engine so that it can meet the BS6 P2 OBD2B emission standards of the Government of India. It gets the same 373cc single cylinder, liquid-cooled engine, which gives power of about 40 bhp and torque of 35 Nm. It is mated to a 6-speed gearbox.

No change in other features

Apart from these special changes, everything else in the bike has been kept the same as it was in the 2024 model. Features like digital instrument cluster, LED lighting, and riding modes are still present.
