7 New Hyundai SUVs Coming Soon To India – Including New-Gen Creta, EVs And More

In the coming three years, Hyundai is going to make a huge bang in the SUV segment in India. The company is preparing to bring many new vehicles, including facelift models, new generation versions, new names and electric vehicles. Let’s know which new SUVs of Hyundai are going to knock in the Indian market.

1. New Generation Hyundai Creta

Hyundai is preparing to bring the next version of its popular SUV Creta by 2027. This time it will have a completely new design. Along with this, a hybrid engine will also be added to it, which will improve mileage. The interior will also be completely revamped, which will include the latest technology and new features.

2. New Hyundai Venue

Hyundai’s Venue will also get a new look by the end of this year (in the festive season). Although the engine will remain the same, but there will be a big change in the exterior. Along with this, new features will also be added to the cabin and it will be made more premium than before.

3. Facelifted Hyundai Tucson

Hyundai has already updated its Tucson SUV in the global market. Now this new version can also come to India soon, possibly by the end of this year or in 2026. It will get great updates like a new grille, new alloy wheels and a refreshed dashboard with modern lighting elements and a curved display.

4. Hyundai Inster EV

Hyundai is also building a new electric SUV for India, which will be inspired by the Inster EV. This SUV can come to the market by 2026 and will directly compete with the Tata Punch EV. This car will be specially designed keeping in mind the needs of Indian customers.

5. New 7-seater hybrid SUV

Hyundai is also bringing a new premium 7-seater SUV, which will be positioned between the Alcazar and Tucson. It will get a strong hybrid system. This model will be produced from the company’s new Talegaon plant and is also expected to hit the market in the next few years.

6. Hyundai Bayon-based new SUV

Hyundai is also working on a new compact SUV that will take inspiration from the Bayon. This vehicle will be placed between the Venue and the Creta. However, there is no official confirmation about the launch of this model in India yet, so we will have to wait a bit.

7. Hyundai Ioniq 9

Hyundai showcased its flagship electric SUV, the Ioniq 9, at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. Now it will be launched in India soon. This car will be based on the E-GMP platform, the same platform on which the Kia EV9 is also built. The Ioniq 9 will sit at the top of Hyundai’s electric segment as soon as it arrives and will be fully imported.
