Required ingredients to  mini samosa : 

  1. Flour—2 cups
  2. Celery—1/2 tsp
  3. Salt—according to taste
  4. Oil—3 tbsp (for kneading)
  5. Water—for kneading
  6. Boiled potatoes—3 (mash)
  7. Peas—1/2 cup
  8. Green chili—1 (finely chopped)
  9. Ginger—1 tsp (grated)
  10. Coriander powder—1 tsp
  11. Cumin seeds—1/2 tsp
  12. Dry mango powder – 1/2 tsp
  13. Garam masala—1/4 tsp
  14. Salt—according to taste
  15. Oil—1 tbsp

Method of preparation mini samosa :

Add flour, salt, celery, and oil in a bowl. Mix everything well and then add water slowly and knead a hard dough. Cover it and keep it for 20 minutes. Heat oil in a pan, and add cumin seeds. Then add ginger, green chilies, peas, and mashed potatoes. Mix all the spices on top and fry for 5 minutes. Let it cool. Make small dough balls and roll them. Cut it in half and make a cone, and fill some potato masala in it. Stick the edges with water and close it. Make all the mini samosas in the same way. Heat oil and fry the samosas on medium flame till they become golden and crispy. Fry.
