  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • Half tsp black pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp rajgira flour for binding

How to Make Sabudana Paratha Step-by-Step

1. Soak and Mash the Sabudana

Wash sabudana a few times and soak it in water overnight. The next morning drain all the water and mash the soaked pearls lightly so they become soft and sticky.

Take a bowl and mix the mashed sabudana with boiled potatoes green chilies grated ginger lemon juice coriander black pepper and rajgira flour. Add sendha namak and mix everything well so it forms a smooth dough.

Grease your hands with a little ghee and take a ball of dough. Put it between two pieces of butter paper and gently flatten it using your hand or a rolling pin. Make sure not to press too much or it may break.
