Ingredients to make mutton korma :
- Mutton (bone-in), 500 grams
- Curd 1/2 cup (whipped)
- Onion (finely chopped): 2 medium
- Ginger-garlic paste, 1 tablespoon
- Green cardamom 2
- Cloves 3-4
- Bay leaf 1
- Cinnamon stick, 1 inch
- Coriander powder, 1 teaspoon
- Red chili powder, 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon
- Garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste.
- Oil or ghee, 3-4 tablespoons
- Water as needed.
Method to make mutton korma :
Heat oil in a pan. Fry the onions till they turn golden brown, take them out, and keep them aside. After they cool down, grind them to make onion paste. Heat oil in the same pan.
