Ingredients to make mango ice cream :
mangoes—2 (or 1 cup mango pulp)
Condensed milk—1/2 cupFull-cream
milk—1/2 cup (boiled and cooled)
Fresh cream (Amul or any brand)
—1 cupSugar—2-3 tbsp (according to taste)
Mango pieces—few (for garnish)
Pistachio/almond—finely chopped
Method of preparation mango ice cream :
Peel and chop the mangoes and grind them in a mixer to make pulp. You can sieve it if you want. Put fresh cream in a large bowl and beat it with a hand whisk for 2-3 minutes until it becomes light and fluffy. Now add condensed milk, cold milk, and mango pulp. Mix everything well. Add sugar if needed and blend again. Pour this mixture into an airtight container and add some mango pieces and pistachios on top. Keep the container in the freezer for 6-8 hours or overnight.
After it sets, take it out with a scooper and serve the chilled ice cream. For a more creamy texture, freeze it once, take it out, mix it, and then freeze it again (double freezing). You can also add a little saffron or mango flavor to enhance the taste of mango.
