- Boneless chicken (in small pieces) 250 grams
- Curd, 2 tablespoons
- Ginger-garlic paste, 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice, 1 tablespoon
- Gram flour or roasted gram powder 1 tablespoon
- Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder, 1/4 teaspoon
- Coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon
- Garam masala 1/2 tsp
- Kasuri methi (crushed) 1 tsp
- Salt to taste.
- Oil for pan-frying
- Coriander leaves/mint leaves (for garnish) a little
Method to make Chicken Kebab :
In a bowl, mix curd, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, all the dry spices, salt, and gram flour. Now add chicken pieces and coat well. Cover it and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 to 2 hours (it will be even tastier if kept overnight).
