Hyundai Palisade Hybrid Unveiled Globally With 1000 Km Range, Advanced Tech & Bold New Design

Hyundai Palisade Hybrid : Hyundai has given a completely new avatar to its largest SUV Palisade, which is now offered with a hybrid powertrain. This new SUV was first revealed at the New York International Auto Show 2025, and with this Hyundai has made it clear that the company is now ready to bring a combination of fuel efficiency and technology to its premium segment as well.
Bigger size, powerful look
The new Palisade has become longer and more spacious than before. Its length has been increased by 2.5 inches and the wheelbase by 2.7 inches, giving more legroom to the occupants, especially in the second and third rows. In the exterior, the company has included new design elements such as vertical LED DRLs, higher beltline and new alloy wheels up to 21 inches. Hyundai says that the aerodynamics of the SUV have been improved so much that now its drag coefficient is only 0.31, which is the best in the segment.
Interior full of high-tech features
The new layout inside the cabin gives a very clean and premium feel. Two 12.3-inch curved displays, USB-C charging ports in all three rows, cooled wireless charging and a new twin-door center storage console, all make it more advanced. The Palisade has standard seating for 8 people but the option of captain seats will also be available.
New hybrid engine and power
Hyundai has given a hybrid engine for the first time in this SUV – a combination of two electric motors with a 2.5L turbo petrol. This setup generates a total of 329 horsepower and the company claims that it will give a mileage of 30+ miles per gallon (about 10.62 km/l) on the highway. Its full tank range is up to 1000 kilometers, making it a great option for long drives.
Adventure version: XRT PRO
This time Hyundai has also introduced a new XRT PRO variant, which is specially designed for off-roading. This includes features like all-terrain tyres, improved ground clearance, electronic limited slip differential and live off-road data readout.
Safety and smart features
The SUV is fully packed in terms of safety — features like a factory dashcam, digital rear view mirror, UV-C sanitising storage, third row seatbelt pre-tensioners and ‘Stay Mode’ for infotainment/HVAC make it even more advanced. It also comes with OTA updates and inbuilt payment technology.
