Method:
In a heavy-bottomed pan, bring milk to a boil and cook till it thickens a little.
Now add soaked sabudana to it and cook on a low flame till the grains become transparent and soft.
Add sugar and ghee to it and mix well.
Add cardamom powder and let the mixture thicken by stirring continuously till it starts leaving the pan.
Now pour the mixture into a ghee-greased plate or tray and spread it evenly.
Add chopped dry fruits on top and press them lightly.
When cooled, cut it into the desired shape and serve.
