Pope Francis Passed Away: A Wave of Grief among millions of followers

The news is coming in that Pope Francis, the supreme religious head of Roman Catholics, passed away on Monday. He was 88 years old. This message was given through a video released at the Vatican, and this sad information reached everyone.

After hearing this news, a wave of grief ran among his crores of followers spread across the world because he was the first Pope who arrive, breaking the record of 1300 years.

His native place was Argentina

He was a resident of Argentina, and after he became Pope, he never returned to his country.

Reason for His Death

His health was going badly. It is being said that he had pneumonia twice. Due to which pneumonia had spread between his kidneys for quite some time, and it is believed that he died due to this.

Although a team of doctors was continuously monitoring him and Pope Francis recovered from this pneumonia for quite some time, but at the age of 88 (could also be a factor); perhaps he could not recover from this disease at this age, and due to which he died.

According to reports, he was admitted to the hospital on 14 February 2025. He was in Peter Square and was in the hospital continuously for the last 38 days. And on Easter day, Pope Francis came out to give his blessings to the people.

India declared three Days of Mourning

A three day mourning has been declared in India on the death of Pope Francis. During this period, the Indian flag will not be hoisted and no one will be allowed to participate in any kind of entertainment. In this way, India has given its tribute to Francis.
