Mahindra Resolves BE 6 & XEV 9e Delays, Rolls Out Safer EVs Across India

Mahindra has launched its new electric cars BE 6 and XEV 9e in India, and now their delivery has also gradually stabilized. Earlier, some customers had to face delay in delivery, which also led to resentment. But now the company has started giving both these vehicles with updated software, due to which there is no problem in delivery.
Why was there a delay in delivery?
According to Mahindra’s Automotive Division President Veejay Nakra, the company took some time to make the software given in the vehicles better and safer. The initial 238 vehicles that were sent to the dealership needed a software patch, so their delivery was postponed. But the new software has already been installed in all the units after that.
Nakra also said that there was no defect in the vehicles, rather the company wanted them to be more safe. Some users had told that these vehicles give very fast pickup, which can be dangerous for inexperienced drivers. For this reason, a new drive mode has also been added, which balances the power of the vehicle a bit. Along with this, safety alerts have also been included in the vehicle, which encourage the driver to drive carefully.
