SSC Vacancy 2025: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced a massive recruitment drive for the Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) simultaneously in September 2025. 1. Delhi Police Constable (Executive) Recruitment 2025 – 7,565 Posts
There are 7,565 vacancies for constables (male and female) in the Delhi Police. Of these, 5,069 are for men and 2,496 for women. The application deadline is October 21, 2025, and the fee payment deadline is October 22, 2025.
Age limit: 18 to 25 years (calculated as of July 1, 2025).
Qualification: 12th pass from a recognized board.
Reservation: 3 years relaxation for OBCs and 5 years for SC/STs.
Exam date: Computer-based test (CBT) in December 2025 or January 2026.
2. SSC CPO SI Recruitment 2025 – 3,073 posts
Under the SSC CPO exam, 3,073 posts of Sub-Inspector have been announced in the Delhi Police and CAPFs. This includes 152 male and 70 female posts in the Delhi Police.
Last date for application: October 16, 2025.
Fee payment deadline: October 17, 2025.
Exam Date: Expected November-December 2025.

3. Delhi Police Head Constable (AWO/TPO) Recruitment – 553 Posts
Recruitment is open for 553 Head Constable (Assistant Wireless Operator/Teleprinter Operator) posts. The last date for application is October 15, 2025.
Age Limit: 18 to 27 years.
Qualification: 12th pass with Science and Maths or NTC in Mechanic-cum-Operator Electrical Communication System.
Exam: December 2025/January 2026.
4. Delhi Police Constable Driver Recruitment – 737 Posts
Applications are invited for 737 posts of Male Constable Driver in Delhi Police. The last date for application is October 15, 2025.
Age Limit: 18 to 30 years.
Qualification: 12th pass and a heavy vehicle driving license are mandatory.
Exam Date: December 2025 or January 2026.
5. Delhi Police Head Constable Ministerial Recruitment – 509 Posts
The recruitment process for 509 Delhi Police Head Constable (Ministerial) posts has begun. The last date to apply is October 20, 2025.
Age Limit: 18 to 25 years (as on July 1, 2025).
Qualification: 12th pass with a typing speed of 25 words per minute in Hindi or 30 words per minute in English.
