BTSC Recruitment 2025: There’s great news for the youth of Bihar. The Bihar Technical Services Commission (BTSC) has issued a notification for recruitment to four different positions in the year 2025. A total of 4,654 applications have been invited for these recruitments. These positions are for the positions of Work Inspector, Hostel Manager, Dental Hygienist, and Junior Engineer.
The highest number of vacancies is for Junior Engineer positions, with 2,747. Additionally, there are 1,114 positions for Work Inspector, 702 for Dental Hygienist, and 91 for Hostel Manager.
Application Dates to Remember
The most important thing for interested candidates is that the application process will begin on October 10, 2025. You can apply online until November 10, 2025. The last date for submission of application fees is also November 10, 2025. Applications must be submitted only on the Commission’s official website, btsc.bihar.gov.in.
Qualification Details by Position
1. Junior Engineer (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical)
Total Posts: 2747 (Civil – 2591, Electrical – 86, Mechanical – 70)
Qualification: Diploma or Degree in the relevant engineering branch. The qualifications must be clearly specified in the official notification.
2. Work Inspector
Total Posts: 1114
Qualification: Matriculation (10th) pass and a certificate in Draftsman (Civil), Surveyor, or Plumber trade from a recognized ITI.
Age Limit: 18 to 37 years.
3. Dental Hygienist
Total Posts: 702
Qualification: 10+2 (with Biology) and a 2-year Diploma in Dental Hygienist. Registration with the Bihar State Dental Council is required.
Age Limit: 18 to 37 years.
Salary: As per Pay Level 4 of the Seventh Pay Commission.
4. Hostel Manager
Total Positions: 91
Qualification: B.Sc. (Hospitality and Hotel Administration) or a Post Graduate Diploma in Hotel Management after Graduation.
Age Limit: 21 to 37 years.
Salary: As per Pay Level 4 of the Seventh Pay Commission.
