Talking about the diesel engine, it will be a 1.5-litre unit that produces 116 PS of power and 250 Nm of torque. It will have both 6-speed manual and automatic options.

The price of Kia Carens Clavis may be slightly higher than the current Carens. Currently, the Kia Carens is priced between Rs 10.60 lakh and Rs 19.50 lakh. The exact price and variant details of the Carens Clavis will be revealed during the launch event on May 8.
