Ingredients required to make Bhindi masala
- Bhindi 250 grams
- (wash and chop) Onion—2
- TomaTomato—1hoppe paste)
- Green chilichili—1ly chopped)
- Ginger-garlic paste— tsppaste—1
- ic powderpowder—1/4sp
- ed chchili powder—1/2—1
- iander powderpowder—1
- aram masamasala—1/2tsp
- il—2 tbsp
- Salt— per taste
- Green coriander—for garnishing
Method of Making Bhindi Masala :
Heat some oil in a pan and fry the chopped bhindi till it becomes light golden. Keep it aside.Add some more oil in the same pan. Add onion and fry it. Then add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies.
Add tomatoes, turmeric, chili, coriander powder, and salt. Fry for 5-7 minutes until oil separates.Now add fried ladyfinger and cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes. Finally, add garam masala and green coriander. Serve hot bhindi masala with roti, paratha, or dal-rice.
