Dhaniya Chutney Required Ingredient :

Green coriander 1 cup (finely chopped)
Mint leaves (optional) 10-12
Green chilli 1-2 (according to taste)
Tamarind pulp 2 tablespoons
Jaggery or sugar 1-2 tablespoons
Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
Black salt 1/2 tsp
Common salt as per taste
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Water as per requirement

Method of making Dhaniya Chutney :

Wash and chop coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies. Soak tamarind in some water and extract its pulp. Put coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, tamarind pulp, jaggery, salt, black salt, roasted cumin seeds and lemon juice in a mixer jar. Add some water and grind it into a fine chutney.Chutney is ready! Serve it immediately or store it in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.Add more or less jaggery as per your taste. If you want a more spicy taste, you can also add chaat masala. It tastes perfect with samosas, pakodas, parathas, dahi bhalle or bhelpuri. Pack a small container in children’s tiffin as well
