    Healthy Lauki Dahi Curry : If you are also looking for a cooling recipe in the summer season, then in today’s sleeve we have brought for you a vegetable recipe that is not only delicious to eat but also cools our body. Bottle gourd is such a vegetable that after eating it, our body and mind feel cool, and digestion remains good. So let’s know in today’s recipe, we will prepare a wonderful vegetable by mixing bottle gourd and curd, in which there will be a light gravy. You can enjoy this bottle gourd curd vegetable at dinner or lunch. So let’s quickly see what ingredients we will need to make bottle gourd curry.

    Lauki Dahi Curry  Required Ingredients :

    Ingredients Quantity

    Lauki (Ghiya) 1 cup (grated)

    Curd 1 cup (whipped)

    Gram flour, 1 tablespoon

    Ginger-garlic paste: 1 teaspoon

    Green chili 1 (finely chopped)

    Spicy Soya Chilli Recipe, High-Protein Indo-Chinese Starter

    Turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon

    Easy Stuffed Potato Recipe ,Crispy Outside, Creamy Inside

    Red chili powder, 1/2 tsp

    Cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp

    Mustard seeds, 1/4 tsp.

    Curry leaves (optional): 5-6 leaves

    Salt to taste.

    Oil 2 tbsp

    Coriander leaves 1 tbsp (for garnish)

    Method of making Lauki Dahi Curry :

    Heat some water in a pan and add grated bottle gourd to it. Add a little salt and cover the bottle gourd and cook for 5-6 minutes. After cooking, strain the bottle gourd and keep it aside. Put curd and gram flour in a bowl and whisk well so that there are no lumps. Add some water to it and dilute it. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and curry leaves to it. Then add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Fry lightly. Now add turmeric and red chili powder. Fry the spices a little. Now add the beaten curd-gram flour mixture to the tempering slowly and keep stirring continuously so that the curd does not curdle. Cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes. Now add the cooked gourd and mix well. Add salt as per taste and cook for 3-4 minutes more. Turn off the gas and garnish with green coriander. Serve it with hot rice or roti.
