So in today’s recipe, we have brought for you such a special recipe for cold lassi, which you can prepare very easily by mixing curd and dry fruits present in your home. There are many benefits to making this lassi, due to which our body remains cool and we feel healthy. This sweet lassi made at home is also going to be liked by children, so let’s quickly know the easy method of making lassi.

Ingredients  to make  lassi:

Fresh curd, 2 cups

Cold water or milk 1/2 cup

Ice cubes 4–5 (optional)

Sugar: 2–3 tablespoons (according to taste)

Cardamom powder, 1/4 teaspoon

Rose water (optional): 1/2 teaspoon

Saffron and pistachio (for garnish) a little

Method of making lassi :

In a large mixing bowl Take curd in a bowl. Add sugar, cardamom powder, and rose water to it. Now add cold water or milk to it and beat it well with a hand blender or churner for 3–4 minutes until the lassi becomes frothy. If you like it colder, you can also add ice cubes. Pour lassi in a glass, garnish with saffron and chopped pistachios, and serve chilled. For a creamy taste, cool the curd in the fridge beforehand and use it. For variation, you can also make mango lassi, salty lassi, or strawberry lassi. Sweet lassi can also be served with fresh fruits. Serve lassi after lunch or with breakfast in the summer season. It cools the body as well as gives relief to the stomach.
