Alert in 6 states during the India-Pakistan war
Operation Sindoor
As we all know that India has started Operation Sindoor to avenge of the martyrs killed in the Pahalgam attack, and till now India has given a befitting reply to Pakistan and has razed many terrorist hideouts of Pakistan to the ground. Pakistan is also taking retaliatory action but it has not been successful in doing so!
It is said that prevention is better than a cure.

Amidst the worsening situation with Pakistan, the states adjoining the border of India are on high alert. Leave of police-administration has been cancelled in many states. Due to increasing tension with Pakistan, the areas and states bordering the border have been declared high alert areas. These states are Punjab, Haryana, Gujarat, Rajasthan, West Bengal and Bihar.

Especially in Punjab’s Fazilka, Ferozepur, Pathankot, Amritsar, Gurdaspur, Tarn Taran cities, all schools have been closed for the next two days in view of security.
Officials have also been called back from leave.
Haryana
All health officials and police have also been called back in Haryana.
Gujrat
Strict security orders have been issued in Gujarat. Tight security arrangements have been made in coastal areas.
Rajkot
Areas under Rajkot have been put on high alert.
