Ingredients to make aloo paratha :

Wheat flour—2 cups

Salt—1/2 tsp

Water—as required (for kneading)

Oil—1 tsp

Boiled potatoes—3 medium size (mashed)

Green chili—1 (finely chopped)

Ginger—1 tsp (grated)

Coriander leaves—2 tbsp (finely chopped)

Red chili powder—1/2 tsp

Dry mango powder – 1/2 tsp

Garam masala—1/4 tsp

Salt—as per taste

Method of making Aloo Paratha :

Mix salt and a little oil in wheat flour. Add water and knead soft dough, and keep it covered for 15-20 minutes. Mix all the dry ingredients, green chili, coriander, and ginger in boiled and mashed potatoes. Mix well so that no lumps remain. Take a dough ball and roll it to make a slightly thick roti. Put 1-2 spoons of potato stuffing in the middle. Lift from all sides and close, and then roll lightly. Apply ghee or oil on both sides of the pan. Apply and bake till golden brown.
