Method of preparation to Dal Pakora :
Grind soaked moong dal coarsely with green chillies and ginger. Add very little water. Take out the ground dal in a bowl. Add salt, asafoetida, red chili powder, celery, and green coriander to it. Beat well so that the batter becomes fluffy and light. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the pakoras little by little by adding the batter with your hand or a spoon. Fry on medium flame till they become golden and crispy. Serve dal pakoras hot with green chutney, tamarind chutney, or tea. Beat the batter very much so that the pakodas become fluffy and light. After frying, take out the pakoras on tissue paper so that the extra oil gets drained. If you want crispier pakoras, then grind the dal coarsely.
