Company adds auto pay option for gold loan users
Capri Global Capital just flipped the switch on something fresh and investors took notice. A bold new auto pay feature, crafted specifically for gold loan customers, is now live. With this, borrowers won’t have to remember due dates or set alarms. Payments will be whisked directly from their accounts, quietly and automatically. It’s a small shift with big implications for convenience.
The stock market didn’t take long to react. Capri Global’s share price, which opened the day at ₹158, spiked sharply. By the afternoon, it had touched ₹172.50, clocking an impressive 13.81 percent leap. That’s not a ripple, that’s a splash. And in a market where quiet weeks are the norm, this kind of movement turns heads.
Chatbot and smart tools for better service
But wait, there’s more to this momentum. Not too long ago, Capri also rolled out an AI chatbot designed with gold loan users in mind. It’s not just another bot, it’s a smart, responsive assistant that lets customers tap into their loan info instantly. Want to check your interest rate? See your repayment timeline? The bot’s got your back. No paperwork. No queues. Just quick, clean info at your fingertips.
These tools aren’t bells and whistles. They’re signals or signs that Capri isn’t coasting. It’s gearing up, tuning in to what modern borrowers expect, and adapting fast.
Quarterly results show major profit growth
Digging into the numbers, the transformation is evident. In Q4 of the 2025 fiscal year, Capri Global clocked a post-tax profit of ₹177.77 crore. That’s more than double what it earned in the same quarter last year, which stood at ₹82.50 crore. Revenues surged too, reaching ₹739.20 crore, up nearly 49 percent year-on-year.
It’s not just growth, it’s acceleration. A clear sign of a company firing on multiple cylinders.
Stock still down over one year
Despite high-flying jump, long-haul investors are still looking at a 20 percent dent in their one-year returns. The past year hasn’t been forgiving. But momentum, especially when it’s backed by innovation, has a way of rewriting stories.
Capri may be down over 12 months but it’s not out.
