Chandigarh Traffic Police extend high-tech speed enforcement to dark hours: Laser speed guns will be used for targeting drivers who cruise the streets during hours allotted for nocturnal evildoers. Nighttime Speeding? Get Ready for a Challan
Traffic police of the city started to collect challans (fines) during night hours using laser speed guns starting on Monday.
