Ingredients to make cheese corn paratha:

  • Wheat flour—2 cups
  • Salt—1/2 tsp
  • Water—as required
  • Oil—1 tsp
  • Boiled sweet corn—1 cup (coarsely ground or mashed)
  • Processed cheese (grated)—1 cup
  • Boiled potato—1 (mashed, optional)
  • Black pepper powder—1/2 tsp
  • Chili flakes—1/2 tsp
  • Mixed herbs/oregano—1/2 tsp
  • Salt—as per taste
  • Coriander leaves—2 tbsp (finely chopped)

Method of making cheese corn paratha :

Mix salt and a little oil in wheat flour. Knead soft dough by adding water. Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes. Mix mashed corn, cheese, and boiled potato (if adding) in a bowl. Add chili flakes, herbs, salt, black pepper, and green coriander. Mix well and prepare the stuffing. Take a ball from the kneaded dough and roll it into a small circle.
