Ingredients to Cheese Paratha :
Wheat flour—2 cups
Salt—1/2 tsp
Oil—1 tbsp
Water—for kneading
Grated cheese—1 cup (mozzarella/processed)
Boiled Potato – 1 (mashed, optional)
Green chili—1 finely chopped
Coriander leaves—2 tbsp
Chat masala—1/2 tsp
Black pepper—1/4 tsp
Salt—as per taste
Recipe for Making Cheese Paratha :
Mix salt and oil in the flour and add water little by little to make a soft dough. Cover and keep aside for 10-15 minutes. Mix grated cheese, green chili, coriander leaves, chaat masala, black pepper, and salt in a bowl. (If you want, you can improve the binding by adding some mashed boiled potato to it.) Make a dough ball and roll it and spread it a little.
Place the stuffing in the middle, close the edges, and roll the dough again. Heat the pan and apply ghee/butter on both sides of the paratha and bake it till it becomes golden.
