Ingredients to make baby corn chili :

Baby corn—200 grams (cut lengthwise)

Corn flour—3 tablespoons

Refined flour—2 tablespoons

Ginger-garlic paste—1 tsp

Salt—according to taste

Black pepper powder—1/2 tsp

Water—for making the batter

Oil—for frying

Garlic (chopped)—1 tbsp

Green chili (chopped)—2

Capsicum—1 (chopped long)

Onion—1 (cut into petals)

Soy sauce—1 tsp

Red chili sauce—1 tsp

Tomato ketchup—2 tbsp

Vinegar—1/2 tsp

Green onion—for garnish

Oil—1 tbsp

Method of making baby corn chili :

Mix corn flour, all-purpose flour, salt, black pepper, ginger-garlic paste, and some water to make a thick batter. Dip the baby corn in it and fry in hot oil till it becomes golden brown and crispy. Then take it out and keep it aside. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic and green chilies and fry lightly. Add onion and capsicum and fry on high flame for 1-2 minutes (keep it crunchy).

Now add soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup, and vinegar, and mix well. Add fried baby corn and toss it well in the spices. Add chopped green onion on top. Serve hot baby corn chili as a snack or starter.
