Ingredients to make Methi Puri :
Wheat flouflour—2 cups
ry fenugreek leaves (or frefresh)—1/2
CeleCelery—1/2 tsp
Turmeric—1/4 tsp
d chili powder—1/2 tsp
alt—aser taste
Oil—2—2 (for kneading) + for frying
Water—r kneading the dough
Method to make Methi Puri :
Take wheat flour in a large bowl. Add fenugreek, carom seeds, turmeric, red chili salt,, and oil. Mix everything well and knead a stiff dough. Cover and rest for 10-15 minutes. Make small balls of dough. Roll medium-thick round puris using a rolling pin. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the puris on medium flame till they turn golden and crispy. Drain on tissue paper. Serve methi puri with mango pickle, aloo ki sabzi, or raita. Great for traveling too—can be stored for 2-3 days.
