- 05 medium-size boiled potatoes
- Finely chopped onion

Method of making potato cutlets:
To make potato cutlets, first mash the boiled potatoes. Wash them well with water and keep them aside for 10 minutes to soak. Mix gram flour, cornstarch, turmeric, half a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of chaat masala, and two teaspoons of all-purpose flour in the mashed potatoes and mash them well to make a soft dough.
