Ingredients to make Sweet Corn Balls :
Boiled sweet corn—1 cup
Boiled potatoes—2 (medium)
Bread crumbs—1/2 cup + for coating
Chili flakes—1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder—1/4 tsp
Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
Salt—according to taste
Cornstarch—2 tbsp (for binding)
Coriander leaves—finely chopped
Cheese—optional (if you want to make cheesy bites)
Oil—for frying
Method of making Sweet Corn Balls :
Grind boiled corn coarsely (do not make a paste completely). Add boiled potatoes, bread crumbs, cornflour, chili flakes, black pepper, chaat masala, salt, and coriander leaves to it. Mix everything well and prepare a smooth dough. If you want, you can fill small cheese cubes inside. Make small balls from the prepared mixture and roll in bread crumbs.
