So today in this recipe, we have brought you a very spicy and tangy Khara ki chutney recipe that tastes very delicious, so let’s know the method of making Khara ki chutney.

Ingredients required to make cucumber chutney :

Cucumber—1 big (grated)

Curd—½ cup

Green chili—1 (finely chopped)

Mint leaves—10-12

Coriander leaves—2 tbsp

Cumin—½ tsp (roasted)

Garlic—2 cloves (optional)

Black salt—According to taste

Lemon juice—1 tsp

Method of making cucumber chutney :

First of all, wash the cucumber, grate it, and squeeze out its extra water. Put mint, green coriander, green chili, garlic, and a little curd in a mixer jar and grind it. Now add grated cucumber, remaining curd, roasted cumin, black salt, and lemon juice to this paste. Mix well and cool in the fridge for a while. Your cold, spicy cucumber chutney is ready.

You can serve this chutney with paratha, puri, pulao, or khichdi. It can also be used as a dip by reducing the amount of curd.

If you are making it during fasting, then use rock salt instead of normal salt.
