In this article today, we are going to share with you the recipe of the dish in a very easy way, which, once you make, you will want to make again and again. To make stuffed potato, you need potato bread and some ingredients, with which you can prepare stuffed potato very quickly. This is also a very good option for a star. If you are celebrating something in your house, then you can serve stuffed potato as a star in the party or function. Its special thing is that everyone likes it very much. So, let’s quickly see what ingredients we need to make stuffed potato.

    Ingredients to make Stuffed Potato :

    Large-size potatoes—4 (boiled and cut from the middle)

    Oil—for brushing

    Salt—according to taste

    Boiled potatoes—1 cup (mashed)

    Boiled sweet corn—1/2 cup

    Finely chopped onion—1

    Finely chopped green chili—1

    Finely chopped capsicum—1/4 cup (optional)

    Chili flakes—1/2 tsp

    Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp

    Black pepper powder—1/4 tsp

    Salt—as per taste

    Chopped coriander leaves—2 tbsp

    Cheese—1/2 cup (grated, optional)

    Method to make suffed Potato :

    Cut the boiled potato lengthwise from the middle and hollow it out a little from the inside. Apply some salt and oil inside and on top of the potato. Mix mashed potato, corn, onion, chili, capsicum, spices, and green coriander well in a bowl. You can also add cheese to enhance the taste if you want. Fill the stuffing in the hollow part of the prepared potato. Put grated cheese on top. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the stuffed potato in a tray and bake for 15–20 minutes. Heat a non-stick pan, apply some ghee/oil, cover, and cook on low flame till the cheese melts and the potatoes become crispy. Serve hot with tomato ketchup, green chutney, or mustard sauce.
