Garam masala – ½ tsp
Salt—according to taste
Lemon juice—1 tsp
Oil—1 tbsp (for frying or shallow frying)
Maida or wheat roti/paratha—4
Onion—thinly sliced
Green chutney/tomato sauce
Coriander leaves—finely chopped
Chaat masala – ½ tsp
How to Make Egg Tikka Roll :
Mix curd, gram flour, ginger-garlic paste, spices, and lemon juice in a bowl. Add half-boiled eggs and let it marinate for 10-15 minutes. Heat some oil on a griddle or pan and fry the marinated eggs till they become slightly crispy. If you want, bake wheat paratha or make it by rolling out maida roti. Bake the roti with a little ghee or oil so that it is soft but durable. Apply chutney on the roti. Place onion slices on it, then place the tikka eggs.
Sprinkle green coriander and chaat masala on top. Wrap the roll tightly. If you want, you can also lightly bake the roll. Wrap the roll in tissue or foil and serve it in to-go style.
