Green thick chili—8-10 (remove seeds and make a slit from the middle). Gram flour (basic gram flour) – 1 cup Oil – 2-3 tablespoons Asafoetida—1 pinch Cumin—1 tsp Mango powder—1 tsp, red chili powder—1 tsp. Turmeric powder—1/2 tsp

Coriander powder—1.5 tsp

Salt—to taste

Fennel powder—1 tsp (optional)

Prepare the Besan Masala.

How to Make gram flour stuffed chili :

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.Add asafoetida and cumin seeds to it.Now add the besan and fry on low flame till it turns golden and aromatic (5-7 minutes).Then add all the spices (turmeric, chili powder, coriander, dry mango powder, salt, and fennel) and mix well.

Let the roasted besan cool down.Stuff the ChilliesStuff the prepared Besan Masala in the chilies one by one.Press both the sides of the chilies slightly so that the masala does not come out.Cook the chilies.Heat some oil in a nonstick pan or kadhai.

Place the stuffed chilies in it slowly and cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.

Keep turning in between so that the chilies get cooked from all sides. Serve the gram flour stuffed chilies with roti, paratha, or dal-rice. It gives a spicy touch to lunch or dinner.
