Ingredients for making dry fruit laddu:

250 grams of cashew

nuts 250 grams

of almonds 250 grams

  walnuts 250 grams

 100 grams of raisins

100 grams of ghee

Method of making dry fruit laddu:

Heat four spoons of ghee in a pan on low flame. After this, lightly roast all the dry fruits one by one in it. When these dried fruits cool down a bit, prepare a coarse powder of them. Now put a vessel on low flame and add finely chopped dates to it. Add 5 to 7 spoons of ghee and wait till the syrup becomes thin. As soon as the date syrup becomes good, add dry fruit powder little by little. Mix this mixture well. When it cools down a bit, apply ghee on your hands and make round laddus with light hands. Your super delicious dry fruit laddus are ready.

One thing to keep in mind is to keep it in a tight container so that it does not get air and there is no change in its taste. You can also feed these laddus to pregnant women; it is very beneficial for their health.
