Hero HF 100 2025 : The country’s largest two-wheeler manufacturer Hero MotoCorp has introduced its cheapest bike HF 100 in a new avatar. In the 2025 model, this bike has now come out as an even more affordable commuter, in which some necessary technical changes have been made and a new color has also been added.

2025 Hero HF 100: New look of the most affordable bike
HF 100 is the cheapest bike in Hero’s 100cc range. It comes in a position below HF Deluxe, Splendor+, Splendor+ XTEC and Passion+. Now the company has updated it as a 2025 model and launched it in the market.
New price and variants
The ex-showroom price of the new HF 100 has been kept at Rs 60,118. The old model (which is not based on OBD2B norms) will still be available for Rs 59,018 till the stock lasts. That is, the price of the new model has increased by Rs 1,100.
If compared to other Hero bikes like Splendor+ and Passion+, then this is a minor increase in the price of HF 100 and it will not affect the common buyer much.
What has changed in the new model?
The main change has been made in the engine of this bike. Now it complies with OBD2B emission norms under BS6 Phase 2.
The engine is 97.2cc like before which gives power of about 8 bhp and torque of 8.05 Nm. It comes with a 4-speed gearbox.
No change in design and features
The 2025 HF 100 gets the same features as before –
- Telescopic forks at the front and dual shockers at the rear
- Drum brakes on both wheels
- 18-inch alloy wheels
- Halogen headlight, taillight and indicators
- Old analog instrument cluster
Talking about color options, the Red-Black and Blue-Black color combinations are available as before.
