Hero MotoCorp Expands in Sri Lanka with New Two-Wheelers and 500 Sales Touchpoints
Hero MotoCorp, the world’s largest bike manufacturer, has now strengthened its foothold in Sri Lanka. The company has launched several new bikes and scooters in the country simultaneously, making Hero’s portfolio in Sri Lanka more attractive than before.
Hero’s new vehicles now in Sri Lanka
Hero MotoCorp has introduced some of its best bikes and scooters for the Sri Lankan market. These include – Xoom 110 scooter, HF Deluxe, Xtreme 125R and Hunk 160R 4V motorcycles. Through these new models, the company is trying to give more options to the customers.
Xoom scooter and HF Deluxe sales start immediately
According to the company’s information, the sale of Xoom 110 scooter and HF Deluxe bike has started immediately in Sri Lanka. On the other hand, booking for Hunk 160R 4V and Xtreme 125R is not open yet, but their pre-booking is expected to start soon.
A look at the prices
The prices of Hero’s new vehicles in Sri Lanka are as follows:
- Xoom 110 scooter: LKR 6,99,900 (approximately Rs 1.98 lakhs)
- HF Deluxe: LKR 5,77,900 (approximately Rs 1.64 lakhs)
- Xtreme 125R: LKR 7,76,900 (approximately Rs 2.2 lakhs)
- Hunk 160R 4V: LKR 9,09,900 (approximately Rs 2.57 lakhs)
It is worth noting that the Hunk 160R 4V launched in Sri Lanka is actually a rebranded version of the Xtreme 160R 4V available in India, which has been given premium features like USD forks.
Network of 500 touchpoints across the country
Hero MotoCorp is also strengthening its dealership and service network in Sri Lanka. The company, in collaboration with its partner Abans Auto, plans to open around 500 touchpoints across the country by May 2025. This will give customers better access to both service and sales.

Hero MotoCorp senior official Mr. Sanjay Bhan said that Sri Lanka has always been an important part of their global strategy. He also said that in collaboration with Abans Auto, the company has built a trusted brand image there. With the new products, Hero is now offering a better combination of style, performance and technology, which will give customers an experience of international quality.
