Ingredients to make Methi Puri :

Wheat flour—2 cups

Green fenugreek leaves (finely chopped)—1 p

Celery—½ tsp

Red chilipowder – ½ tsp

Turmeric powder—¼—¼

Salt—cording to taste

Oil—1—1 (for kneading)

Water—r kneading the dough

Oil for frying

Method of making sweet puri :

Take flour in a large vessel. Add finely chopped fenugreek, carom seeds, red chilipowder, turmeric,, and salt. Add 1 tbsp oil and mix with hands. Now add water little by little and knead a stiff dough. Cover the dough and keep it aside for 10-15 minutes. Make small balls of dough. Roll medium-sized puris with a rolling pin (neither too thin nor too thick). Heat oil in a pan. Put puris one by one in hot oil and fry till they become golden and crispy on both sides. Take it out on a paper napkin.
