Recipe for making Rajma Paratha :

Ingredients required:

Wheat flour—2 cups

Salt—1/2 tsp

Oil—1 tbsp

Water—to knead the dough

Boiled Rajma—1 cup

Onion—1 (finely chopped)

Ginger-garlic paste—1 tsp

Green chili—1 (finely chopped)

Red chili powder—1/2 tsp

Garam masala—1/2 tsp

Mango powder – 1/2 tsp

Coriander leaves—2 tbsp (chopped)

Salt—according to taste

Oil—for frying

Ingredients for making Rajma Paratha :

Mix salt and oil in flour and knead soft dough with the help of water. Cover it with a wet cloth and keep it for 15-20 minutes. Mash the boiled rajma well. Add onion, green chili, ginger-garlic paste, red chili, garam masala, mango powder, coriander leaves, and salt to it. Mix the mixture well and prepare the stuffing. Take a dough ball, roll it, and make a little thick roti. Place the stuffing in the middle and close it from all sides to make a round ball. Take it. Roll it lightly and make a paratha.
