Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission has come out with a fresh notice for Forest Beat Officer and Assistant Beat Officer posts. This time there are 691 posts in the Forest Department so candidates who dream to work in forests should grab this chance. The online form starts on 16 July 2025 and the last date is 5 August 2025 so don’t delay.

Who Can Send Form
- Education – You should have cleared Intermediate 12th class or same level course from any board that is recognized.
- Age Rule – You should be 18 to 30 years old on 1 July 2025. If you belong to SC ST BC or ex servicemen you may get extra age limit as per government rules.
Physical Rules You Must Meet
- Men must have 163 cm height and chest 84 cm with 5 cm expansion
- Women must have 150 cm height and chest 79 cm with 5 cm expansion

Fees You Must Pay
You need to pay 250 rupees as application fee. If you are General you also pay exam fee of 80 rupees. SC ST BC ex servicemen pay only 250 rupees. Pay the fee online with safe mode.
How You Will Be Chosen
1. First you will write Screening Test with OMR sheet in offline mode
2. If you clear that you write Main Exam on computer which has three parts —
- General Studies and Mental Ability
- General Science and Maths
- Essay Writing
3. Then you must clear Physical Measurement Test PMT and Physical Efficiency Test PET
4. Last you must show your original certificates for checking
Steps to Send Form
- 1. Go to psc.ap.gov.in
- 2. If you are new make OTPR ID once then log in
- 3. Fill your form fully and upload photo signature certificates
- 4. Pay fee together so payment does not fail
- 5. Check your form once more then submit and save print copy for later
Don’t wait till final day as site may hang or payment may fail. Get your caste certificate photos and all papers ready before you start. Start practice for height chest run and other tests so you don’t get out in last round.
