One of the large production factories of Indian Railways, Integral Coach Factory (ICF), has announced 1010 apprentice recruitment for 2025. The recruitment will be for freshers and ITI certificate holder students.

Application Dates You Should Know
Online application form for ICF Railway Apprentice posts has started on 12 July 2025 and the last date to apply is 11 August 2025 So, if you want to, apply for the form within time.
Who Can Apply?
For Freshers:
If you passed Grade 10 (Matriculation) from a well-known board of education and passed Grade 12 with Science stream, you can apply for fresher job posts.
If you possess an ITI certificate in trade such as Electrician, Fitter, Carpenter, Machinist, Painter, Welder, or Medical Lab Tech, then you can seek application in the Ex-ITI category.
Age Limit
Freshers: Age should be 15 years and above and 22 years and below as of 11 August 2025.
Ex-ITI Candidates: The candidates should be between 15 and 24 years old to be eligible.
Age relaxations are provided to SC, ST, OBC, PwBD and women candidates in accordance with government guidelines.

How Much Stipend Will You Get?
While under training, chosen candidates will be provided a monthly stipend:
₹6,000 per month for freshers who are 10th pass
₹7,000 per month for 12th pass candidates or ITI certificate holders
After completing one year of training, stipend will be increased by 10%, which is a great incentive towards long-term training.
Selection Process – No Exams Required
The good news is that there is no written test and interview. The selection will be on the basis of your Class 10 marks only. A merit list will be prepared based on your academic performance.
For the students who passed out in COVID-19 years (when most exams were delayed), schools can give either half-yearly Class 9 marksheets or half-yearly Class 10 marks, duly signed by the school principal.
On the same marks obtained by two candidates, the older candidate will be preferred. In case of the same age, the candidate who passed out earlier in Class 10 will be awarded the seat.
Application Fee Details
Application processing fee of ₹100 is required to be paid by OBC and General candidates.
Nothing is to be paid by SC/ST, PwBD, and women candidates.
