Ingredients for making dry fruit laddus
Half a cup of almonds
Half a cup of cashews
Half a cup of walnuts
2 teaspoons sunflower seeds
2 teaspoons pumpkin seeds
2 teaspoons black raisins
1 cup coconut powder
2 cups jaggery (grated or in fine pieces)
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
2 teaspoons desi ghee

Method of making dry fruit laddus
First of all, chop almonds, cashews, and walnuts lightly. Keep in mind that they should not be very fine.
Now, dry roast them in a pan. Along with this, also lightly roast sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and raisins.
Put desi ghee in another pan and fry coconut powder on a low flame, till a light aroma starts coming from it.
Now, add finely chopped jaggery to it and keep stirring continuously. As soon as the jaggery melts, the coconut powder will mix well in it.
As soon as the mixture becomes thick and bindable, add all the roasted nuts to it and mix well.
After turning off the gas, add poppy seeds and cardamom powder to it and mix the mixture well.
Take it out in a big plate and when it remains slightly lukewarm, make small laddus.
