Just two days after opening Kap’s Café in Surrey Canada unknown attackers fired shots outside the café and turned a joyful beginning into a scene of fear.

The café is located in Surrey British Columbia where many South Asian families live and it had quickly become a popular hangout spot. Kapil had shared a warm welcome video with his wife Ginni Chatrath inviting everyone to try Indian food and join the celebration so the excitement was high.But all that joy was interrupted when gunshots were heard outside the café late at night and it left many residents scared. A message going around online says he was upset with something Kapil said in the past but no official details have come out yet.Authorities in Canada and India’s National Investigation Agency are both following the case closely and trying to understand if there is a real terror connection or if the claim is false.
