Rain is also expected in Delhi, Rajasthan, Haryana, and Punjab on Saturday, September 20, 2025.

Delhi-NCR Weather

The minimum temperature is expected to be around 25 degrees Celsius and the maximum around 34 degrees Celsius.

Alert in Hilly States

Monsoon conditions are still affecting Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh. Recently, a cloudburst in Kinnaur, Himachal Pradesh, caused flash floods, affecting several villages and damaging buildings. The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for both states. Heavy rain warnings have been issued for Dehradun, Tehri, Pauri, Nainital, Haridwar, and Bageshwar in Uttarakhand on September 20th.

Rainfall in South and Northeast India

The Meteorological Department has predicted heavy rainfall in the southern Indian states of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Gujarat in the next 24 hours. Additionally, due to a cyclonic circulation in the Bay of Bengal, the monsoon will remain active in Assam, Meghalaya, West Bengal, Sikkim, and the Andaman and Nicobar Islands in Northeast India.

Light Rain in Rajasthan and Surrounding Areas

Light to moderate rain is expected in many parts of eastern Rajasthan and surrounding areas. This could lead to a slight drop in temperatures and make the weather more comfortable than normal.
