Keradari Coal Mining Project has introduced a new initiative named Ujjwal Bhavishya Yojana so that the kids grow at all levels of their life. It’s based on education, personality development, and career guidance. It is not an event but a long procedure to develop a shining future for students.
Focus on Education and All-Round Development
Project coordinator K. Chandrashekhar called this effort one more than a mere study aid to schools. It’s intended to enable children to develop not just mentally but also emotionally and socially. The plan is to get them on the correct path and shape their self-confidence, subject matter knowledge, and ethics.
In Ujjwal Bhavishya Yojana, students will be given training modules and career guidance courses and workshops on science experiments, e-learning, moral values, health education, and hygiene. These activities will stimulate children’s curiosity and positive thinking.
Incentives for Class 10 High Achievers
To initiate the scheme, there was a reward system introduced at Upgraded Middle School, Basaria. Students of Class 10 scoring above 80% in the session 2024–25 received cash rewards to motivate them.
The first rank holder received ₹5,000
The second and third rank holders received ₹4,000 and ₹3,000
The balance 37 students with scores above 80% were rewarded with ₹2,000 each
The motive behind these awards is to encourage students and boost their confidence so that they will perform even better in the future.
A Step Toward Brighter Futures
The Ujjwal Bhavishya Yojana is a well-planned effort to support school students in rural areas. It promotes not just academic excellence but also helps shape children into smart, responsible, and aware citizens. The Keradari Coal Project hopes this plan will create new opportunities and inspire many more students to dream big and work hard.
