UPSC CDS 2 Admit Card 2025: Union Public Services Commission (UPSC) is going to release the admit card for the Combined Defence Services (CDS) Examination (II) 2025 very soon. According to media reports, by 4th September 2025, candidates will be able to download their CDS 2 Admit Card 2025 from the official website upsc.gov.in. However, the date of release of the admit card has not been formally confirmed by the commission yet. This year, the CDS 2 exam will be held on 14th September 2025.
Why is the admit card necessary?
As per the guidelines of UPSC, it is mandatory for every candidate to have a valid admit card to enter the examination hall. The admit card will have a clear description of the name, address, date, and time of the examination at the examination center. Without an admit card, candidates will not get entry into the examination center.
Process to download the CDS 2 Admit Card 2025
Candidates can download their hall ticket by following the easy steps given below:
First of all, visit the official website of UPSC at http://upsc.gov.in.
Click on the link “E-Admit Card: Combined Defence Services Examination (II) 2025” on the home page.
Click on ‘Yes’ when the new page opens.
Now enter the registration number and date of birth, or roll number and date of birth, to log in.
After filling in the correct details, click on ‘Submit’.
The admit card will appear on the screen.
Download it and do not forget to take a printout for future needs.
CDS 2 Exam 2025: Recruitment Details
This time, UPSC has announced a total of 453 vacancies. These vacancies have been released for the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Indian Naval Academy (INA), Air Force Academy (AFA), and Officers’ Training Academy (OTA). The selection process will be completed on the basis of a written test and an interview.
