PL-15E is used for Air to Air missile attack
PL-15E is used to strike air-to-air missiles, and it is made in China. This missile was eliminated by the India, and the parts of this missile are found in the agricultural field of Punjab.
This missile was found in the agricultural field in Hoshiarpur, where the missile had not been activated and had fallen in the field. Once the forces came to know about it, they surveyed the missile and they came to know that it is PL-15E.
The cost of each unit of these missiles is 10 crores, as per the media report. This missile falls under the long-range air-to-air missile.
